Arrowmont Experience

I feel so very blessed to have been able to attend the Arrowmont School of Art and Craft in Gatlinburg, Tennessee for the last 2 weeks. What a wonderful experience!  I'm sitting here trying to put all of my thoughts on this time into words and I'm realizing that I learned so much that it will make for several blog posts. today I am just going to talk about Arrowmont.

When I was driving to Gatlinburg, I had no idea what I was heading into. Once I got to the Cherokee Parkway and pulled my car over to enjoy the beautiful view, I knew I was headed to a very special place. How could it not be when surrounded by so much beauty!

the 1st thing I did was to check into Registration.  The Main building is very beautiful. I registered and received my housing assignment in The Teachers cottage. The cottage had an inviting front porch.
