In this class you will learn to create your own reusable patterns to make boxes

to your specifications. We will be using both handmade and commercial papers

and will learn the techniques that I use to make strong, durable forms.

A box form provides lots of surface for collage, stitching and working with found

objects to create a piece of sculptural artwork that can also be very functional.

If you have never stitched on paper I think you will be in for a treat. It’s one of my

favorite things to do.
