Fall Retreat Supply List
Fall Retreat Supply List
Eco-Printing, Stitching & Independent Studio Practice
This retreat is designed as an immersive, communal making experience. While we will have short introductory workshops with Theresa Brown (eco-printing on leather) and Claudia Lee (stitching on paper), the majority of your time is open for independent exploration and personal work.
You are encouraged to bring a variety of materials and projects—this is your time to deepen your practice, experiment freely, and work alongside others in a shared creative environment.
We will also have an indigo vat available for shibori. Suzanne will provide a selection of shibori tools and supplies for shared use, but you are welcome to bring your own tools and materials if you have specific techniques you’d like to explore.
Botanical materials are abundant on-site and may be foraged during the retreat, adding another layer of connection to place and process.

A Note from the Studio
This retreat is intentionally spacious. The workshops are meant to inspire and introduce techniques—but the true value is in the time to work, reflect, and create in community.
Bring what excites you. Bring what you’ve been meaning to finish. Bring what you’re curious about.
There is room here for all of it.
