Membership Program Update

The Aya Fiber Studio Membership Program is being phased out this season as the studio transitions to a more flexible, workshop-centered schedule.

In its place, Studio Access offers opportunities for independent work time aligned with the studio calendar.



What is Studio Access?

Studio Access is time set aside for independent work in a shared, fully equipped fiber art studio.

At Aya Fiber Studio in Stuart, Florida, artists are supported in a range of practices—from textile arts and dyeing to sewing, surface design, and mixed media.

A quiet, working environment designed for focus, rhythm, and self-directed making.

With only five artists per session, the space remains calm and intentional—allowing you to settle into your process without distraction.

You’re welcome to bring your own materials, and you’ll also have access to a range of studio tools and equipment to support your work.

This is not an instructional environment—no teaching is provided during studio sessions.

  • Bring personal materials unless otherwise arranged

  • Some processes (indigo, paste resist) require prior approval

  • Respect shared space and other artists

10 Session Studio Pass

The Studio Pass is designed for artists who wish to spend more time working in the studio beyond workshops.

This flexible pass provides access to 10 studio sessions, allowing you to return, continue your work, and deepen your practice within a fully equipped working studio.

Studio Access Days are released monthly and scheduled around workshops, with additional dates occasionally added as availability allows. This structure supports a focused and intentional studio environment while offering opportunities for independent work throughout the season.

Sessions may be used as half-days or combined for full-day use.

Please Note

Studio access is intended for previous students or approved artists who are comfortable working independently. Instruction is not provided during these sessions.

All artists are expected to clean and reset their workspace at the end of each session.

How to Use Your Pass

Once your pass is purchased, you may reserve sessions through the Studio Access booking calendar. Simply select the “Pass Holder Session” option when scheduling.
